18th December 2015
We have reached the end of an eventful and busy term! This week we have enjoyed sharing Christmas activities together. Years 4, 5, and 6 ventured to the theatre and had a wonderful time! RNH were superstars performing in the Nativity. Thank you to all parents for your continued support. After a hard working term we all deserve a rest so we are ready for the challenges of 2016!
On behalf of everyone at Thornton, if you celebrate Christmas may we wish you a very Happy Christmas! It is a time to share with families and friends and we hope you have a happy holiday.

After weeks of practising the big day was finally here. We were all excited and a little bit nervous. We really enjoyed dressing up for our Nativity and performing in front of everyone. All the children worked really hard to learn their lines, songs and actions. Thank you to Year 1 and 2 for being an amazing choir, and our special narrators.
